Using Terist Block
By using Terist Block, you agree to these terms and to use the app for personal entertainment in accordance with applicable laws. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Local progress and availability
The game is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that progress can be recovered after device loss, app deletion or storage reset. Saved settings, boards and records are held locally; there is no cloud synchronization or account recovery service.
Network services
Attribution reporting and remotely loaded information pages require a network connection and depend on third-party service availability. Their availability is not guaranteed. Game progress remains locally stored.
Original content
All original interface, code and written content belong to the application publisher. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.
Privacy
The app uses Adjust and a network reporting interface for attribution and usage statistics. Technical parameters, including device identifiers and system language, may be transmitted; the reporting interface does not upload player profile details, boards or match records. Please read the Privacy policy for details about data handling and iOS tracking permissions. Using the app does not replace any separate tracking authorization required by your platform.
Applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The “as is” statement applies only to the extent permitted by that law.

These terms describe version 1.0.0. Future releases may include updated features and terms; review the terms supplied with the version you use.
